1. Who holds your data

   CoverPose is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17359605, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. That company is the data controller for anything you send us.

2. What this site collects

   Nothing you type. This site has no form, no account and no sign-in. It sets no cookies, counts no visits and carries no advertising tracker. Its fonts and pictures are served from this site itself.

   Like every website, the company that hosts it handles each request in order to answer it, and a request includes an IP address.

3. If you email us

   The email links on this site open your own email program. If you send that email, we receive your address and whatever you write, including any product photos, and we use them to answer you and to do the work you asked about.

   The ground for that is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us and, once there is a booking, the contract between us.

4. What we do not do

   We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Your rights

   You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, and object to anything we do on legitimate interests. We answer within one month and charge nothing.

6. Complaints

   If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us at studios@coverpose.app.

   You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.
